The latest manufacturing technologies and production equipment are in use on the basis of so-called ‘lean manufacturing’ procedures. During the R&D process a close contact with the manufacturing process engineers, from piston rod hardening to the final painting, and from parts manufacturing to product assembly, it is maintained to assure that the product later can be reliably produced and should meet our highest quality targets.
In order to well researched and thoroughly developed products, our factory regularly trained workers, at the same time, mobilize the enthusiasm of staff to adapt new manufacturing.

Piston Rod Production Line: The advanced piston rod production line can ensure the quality of products. This includes the annealing and tempering machine, the leveler, the numerical control machine, the ultra-precision grinding machine, the screw rolling machine, etc.
Stamping Line: It adopts the bracket shaping machine and the one-shot punching machine, which ensure the correctness of the installation dimensions.
Welding Line: It includes the numerical control CO2 gas shielded arc welding and the roll welding, which can effectively ensure the intensity and the appearance of parts.
Painting Line: The closed static automatic spray-painting line adopts the auto preliminary treatment, phosphates spray and infrared-ray drying line for manufacturing.
Cleaning Line: The ultrasonic cleaning machines and oil storage washing machines, to ensure the cleanliness of parts.
Assembly Line: The new assembly line adopts the PLC auto-controlled moment tightening device and the point riveter, so as to ensure the qualification of every piece of product.
